Her Hot Vinyasa Flow classes are beautifully guided, with every asana thoughtfully rooted in the breath, creating a practice that feels both grounding and expansive. What I appreciate most is her ability to meet students exactly where they are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, she creates space to explore, learn, grow, and deepen your practice without pressure or judgment. Her cues are clear, her energy is calming, and her presence is genuinely uplifting. You leave class feeling stronger, more connected, and somehow a little brighter than when you arrived. Gess has a gift for making yoga accessible while still offering plenty of opportunities for more advanced practitioners to play, challenge themselves, and evolve. It was an awesome work out and I think the more classes you take the more confident you feel just like with anything else. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming and had such fun choreography! What really stood out was how attentive Diane was, constantly checking in, making sure everyone had proper form, and offering modifications when needed. Diane took the time to correct my form and posture throughout class, which made a huge difference in how I felt and helped me get the most out of every movement. Her instruction is encouraging, clear, and welcoming for all fitness levels. The studio itself is adorable! It was bright, airy, and very inviting. The atmosphere made the workout even more enjoyable. I left feeling stronger, energized, and like I had gotten a truly effective full-body workout. I highly recommend Diane’s classes to anyone looking for a supportive instructor and an organized space to move and feel your best!

She is so kind and welcoming and for a first timer who has a handful of classes so far i felt like i was really getting into what Pilates is here. I loved how intimate it is w the set up, it can be an adjustment bc you're like right there but it makes the connections over Pilates motivating to finish that movement etc, idk i just really enjoyed my time there and Denise was a perfect welcome to the studio. I hope to get into her classes again
