The instructor was super helpful and guided us through every movement, which made a big difference. He’s a great coach, the music is fun, and the workouts are really good. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this class!!!!!!!!

I love that her class is challenging, but also allows us to listen to our bodies and flow through the movements. I really enjoy our cool down portion and how she can easily put you in a meditative state with her soothing voice, which has helped me explore mindfulness.

visa alla recensionerGreat class and a great instructor! Gabby has such positive energy and does an excellent job giving individual attention to everyone in class. She regularly checks form and technique, offers corrections, and even works one-on-one holding the mitts so you can practice your punches. As a lefty with a natural southpaw stance, I especially appreciated that she took the time during both classes I’ve attended with her to help me adjust my technique accordingly. The space was clean, welcoming, and motivating, and the workout was both challenging and fun. I’d definitely take another class with Gabby!
