Instructor was good with her cues and demonstrating how to complete the moves. Good playlist. Obviously a lot of time, effort, and thought was out into this workout. Im addicted!

visa alla recensionerCatalina is one of my favorite instructors. She balances motivation, encouragement, and pushing you to your max. (My legs are still shaking 10 min after class and that’s with multiple personal breaks in between, lol.) her classes are both physically and cognitively demanding. She clearly explains which muscles and body parts are supposed to be feeling the intensity which allows me to focus my attention on those areas.

visa alla recensionerThe studio is so beautiful and clean with plenty of space, a nice (separate) lobby, bottle filling station, bathrooms, etc. Carter at the front desk is so joyful and welcoming and greets people by name. And BRIDGIT!!! Wow! She makes the class! She remembers people and details about them, greeting people by name and with a hug. Thanking you for sharing an hour of your time. It is the greatest environment I have ever experienced. The class itself has plenty of modifications and is entirely guided with light up candles, relaxing music, semi-darkness semi-hot. Be aware that Yin is a slower practice and more of a stretch and mental practice than a physical workout but a great Sunday morning weekly reset. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!
