visa alla recensionerThis class wasn’t quite as fast paced as the class I took yesterday. We focused more of slow and controlled movements. I really enjoyed it and it was nice switching it up. I will definitely be coming back to take Angels class.

visa alla recensionerThe studio is so beautiful and clean with plenty of space, a nice (separate) lobby, bottle filling station, bathrooms, etc. Carter at the front desk is so joyful and welcoming and greets people by name. And BRIDGIT!!! Wow! She makes the class! She remembers people and details about them, greeting people by name and with a hug. Thanking you for sharing an hour of your time. It is the greatest environment I have ever experienced. The class itself has plenty of modifications and is entirely guided with light up candles, relaxing music, semi-darkness semi-hot. Be aware that Yin is a slower practice and more of a stretch and mental practice than a physical workout but a great Sunday morning weekly reset. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

visa alla recensionerMy first class at this studio and I’m already hooked! I took the hot yoga sculpt class yesterday morning and it was such a great experience. The studio was clean and had a really welcoming atmosphere and everyone was encouraging, which made it easy to jump in even though I hadn’t done yoga in years. The class itself was challenging (it definitely kicked my butt!) but I felt amazing afterward. The instructor was excellent. He explained the moves clearly, made sure everyone’s form was correct, and kept the energy motivating throughout. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a class that pushes you while still feeling supportive.

visa alla recensionerSarah immediately made me feel welcome by introducing herself and taking the time to chat with me before class. She asked whether I had attended the YMCA before or taken a Zumba class, and when she learned I was new to both, she offered helpful tips, instructions, and encouragement that helped me feel comfortable jumping right in. Her vibrant personality somehow outshined even her colorful outfit—which I absolutely loved! The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. At one point, it even seemed like the birds outside the window had stopped to watch the fun! 🤭🐦⬛💃 I left sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next class—which is pretty much the highest compliment I can give a workout. 💃 ::

visa alla recensionerI moved from Dallas last year and I have yet to find really good heated classes out near me. (There’s not many heated classes in general in north Dfw) I finally found one. I actually felt like I was back in Dallas where there’s such good instructors and the class was actually hard. I absolutely loved it and I will be back. Mats and mat towels are provided, cold towels at the end, studio was beautiful. My only minor complaint is it doesn’t get super hot but overall I loved it.
