visa alla recensionerI loved this studio and the instructor! The class focused on slow, controlled movements, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.

visa alla recensionerThe instructor was nice and welcoming. A few dances were too fast for me, but I never felt rushed or pushed to keep up, which was nice. The class had a few new people and others who had been there multiple times and it was a friendly crowd. I would go here again.
