visa alla recensionerExcellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

visa alla recensionerRob was great. I’m used to practicing vinyasa. This was a fun and different style. High energy, challenging and interactive. My only complaint is that the teacher that taught the following class came in immediately, abruptly, loudly and made a lot of noise dropping her mat onto the floor. She was very inconsiderate of the students remaining in the room in savasana. Hopefully this feedback makes its way back to her so that she can be more conscientious of how her energy affects students who come to Hatch.
