visa alla recensionerLoved the pace of this class. Just the right amount of challenge but at a pace where you can actually feel your body in each pose rather than rushing from pose to pose. A lot of the yoga class sequences at Asyteya feel too similar, but Melody has her own style of teaching which I really appreciated. Grounding and centering practice that was so satisfying, will definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerThis class was a 10/10! Nicole was so motivating pushing us to keep going till failure and up the weight if we could. The flow targeted every muscle group and the music was fire. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an insane burn and a good sweat!

The studio is clean, open with natural light and fresh coastal air from the ocean just a moment away - the other students in the class are welcoming and friendly. One of the best yoga classes I’ve ever attended! I left having learned new postures and new ways to access them, along with having much more space in my joints, blood flow to tissues and a calm and relaxed mind!! Truly one of a kind

Class flew by with her unique and fast paced format which still flowed intuitively between each move. Excellent cues throughout class with thoughtful individual corrections. Will definitely be seeking out her classes in the future!
