visa alla recensionerI really like Aislinn - she’s really good at pushing you to do as much as you can without ever making you feel singled out in a class or bad for taking breaks. It would be nice if Tribe didn’t fill the classes so full though as it is really hard these days to do classes without knocking neighbours from all sides!

visa alla recensionerFiona Belchamber’s Yin and Restorative Yoga class is a peaceful escape. Her calming voice and clear instructions make it easy to relax and sink into each pose. The long holds and gentle stretches release tension, leaving both body and mind refreshed. It’s the perfect class for unwinding and recharging. Highly recommended!
