visa alla recensionerreally enjoyed the class. it was somewhat slow but a strong class. 90 min gave you time to really arrive on the mat, slow down before moving to the flow and do the meditation. thanks Ellen for offering different options throughout the class

visa alla recensionerDisappointed to see this class moving to block booking :( It unfortunately cuts out anyone who can’t commit to the full block, as well as those who are too close to their due date, like myself. I’ve really enjoyed the classes - Kat is great - but I won’t be able to book a block.

The class was calming and peaceful and reminded me of how powerful it can be to practice in a studio. Victoria was great teacher, held the space and I felt very cared for. Thanks -will come back for sure.
