Although my morning class was canceled and I missed the notification, the team went above and beyond to make it up with a free standup paddleboard class, an ice bath session, and coffee at the restaurant – even better than planned and thanks so much! It was my first time paddleboarding, and I loved testing my balance on the water while enjoying the beautiful view. The ice bath was truly a unique experience – freezing at first, but I felt incredibly refreshed and energized afterward. The coach was super friendly and made it all the more enjoyable.
