visa alla recensionerThis class is perfect if you wanna focus in detail on each and every pose. Aparjita made sure to clearly explain the technique, guiding us and correcting us where needed. I have done yoga before, but it was my first time experiencing Iyengar and I would say this class can be considered beginner friendly all the way up to advanced, according to how one approaches the practice. We had mixed levels in our group and it still felt a personalized experience thanks to the individual attention provided by Aparjita. I will be back for sure to work on implementing a better postore in my day to day life! Thank you for the amazing class :)

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process .
