visa alla recensionerMaggie is superb! I often find that lagree coaches get certified and then start working without and education on muscle engagement and activation, but not Maggie. She perfectly programmed a series to burn out muscles in a functional way while building us up mentally the entire time! I wish more instructors had her expertise!

My class today was even more challenging than my first class, because the instructors always emphasize safe and effective form and technique. Caylynn is challenging, kind, and so motivating! And Amanda makes everyone shake and laugh at the same time. Thank you, Lagree Luxe!
