Loved the music playlist and the instructor was great at guiding you through the movements (I’m a beginner) and telling you how to adjust based on beginner/intermediate. I’ll definitely be going back

She’s a little more on the intermediate side in my opinion but I’ve only been doing Pilates for less than a year, so I think with more time I’ll get better and it will be easier!

I’m so burned out of the high energy, loud music bright light studios. This was slow and intentional and everyone was so nice and especially as a beginner I felt very welcome. The instructor was incredible and helped me through everything and was very gentle. After I feel challenged but not sore and I fully plan on coming back

There is a sign for the studio, but the directions say to turn on Wyandot. Without knowing it’s around the corner, class passers may stand at the locked metal gate of 2901 Wyandot in confusion. Like me! Thankfully someone directed me to the right place!
