visa alla recensionerSuch a unique experience! 😍 The tailor-made yoga session in combination with the vibrations and music allowed me to sink deeper into my positions and be more present in the moment of the practice. Holding positions for a longer period of time in Yin can feel challenging but because of the vibrating foundation I could switch my focus to that feeling while being with the sensation of the pose. I came out relaxed and energised. I haven't even mentioned the geniosity of combing the benefits of vibrational/sound therapy with the benefits of yoga but I can do that in my next review because I am definitely coming back. 🤍

Der Kurs von Viki hatte es echt in sich und hat alle Beinmuskeln zum Zittern gebracht. Ich persönlich hatte mir ausführlicheres Stretching zum Ende der class gewünscht, aber alles in allem eine 5 ⭐️ Erfahrung.
