Nicolai is a wonderful teacher with a talent to skillfully teach Dharma alongside guiding interesting and engaging physical practice. Muss mir immer wieder das Lachen verkneifen, wenn man als 105 kg Mann in Krieger 3 Pose ein leises, versucht euch dabei zu entspannen, hört. Zusätzlich war die Musikwahl von Kim eine schöne Abwechslung. 5/5 Sterne.

The participants were also friendly and supportive during the class. Would definitely recommend and come back!
