visa alla recensionerEvery time I come to Body Hot I never have a bad class with Michelle! Her flows are so so so good. Her energy is always so uplifting and her music is amazing! A good mix of reggaeton and other styles. She just makes you feel like “that girl.” I have sensitive shoulders from a pinched nerve so I really appreciate how both classes I’ve taken with her are mostly mat based works and while laying down with minimal extensive pressure on shoulders or palms. Love love!

If you’re a first timer, definitely drop in to Rose’s class - she’s so comfy, fun, & has a deep understanding of movement; she gives great direction in how to make small tweaks to your positioning to ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout. Music is always so good too!!!!

I felt so supported while also being pushed in all the right ways. I left on such a high that I immediately went to sign up for next week, only to realize it’s not on the schedule! 😭 This class and this time slot need to be permanent. Please bring it back!

visa alla recensionerExcellent instructor- I had not Yin Yoga in a while and the cues and metaphors he used were restorative and the process was transformative. His hands on- assistance and touch to help deepen the moves were also very gentle and felt very safe! 60 minutes went by so quickly even when having to hold poses for longer periods. Thank you David for a wonderful start to my week- will be back to make this a part of my wellness practice.

visa alla recensionerLiv is high-energy and totally in command, she’s basically a drill sergeant in the room (but I love it). You can tell she comes from a strict dance background. As someone who grew up like that as well, I loved her class. She really emphasizes posture, clean lines, and true muscle engagement. You can feel her knowledge, and the way she teaches you how to activate the right muscles is something a lot of instructors just miss. One thing I noticed is that her verbal cues into the next move could feel a bit abrupt.... sometimes I'd have to catch up on where I was supposed to be. But her standing demos are strong and her visual cues are clear, so you can find your way back in pretty quickly. Honestly, I've never had a core burn quite like hers. She really knows how to target the right muscles and keeps you focused on form the entire time. She's demanding in the best way possible, and if you're looking for that kind of intentional work who will push you I think she's exactly the kind of person you want leading specialty classes. PS… her music is heavy rap and is absolutely phenomenal, Liv pls keep playing it we love it!
