visa alla recensionerLoved this format. I really like Melissa, I have ended up taking a weekly class with her and I’m really enjoying her teaching style. This class was a first for her and me. She did amazing and i loved how complete the workout felt. It was a full 45 mins, and it felt like such a great workout. Everyone in the class agreed. I’d be curious to try it with a tiny bit of heat. It had a lot of heavy weights on the arms which was hard because i have a shoulder injury, but i was able to modify and got a great workout in!

I’ve been taking her classes for a bit, but this was my first mat Pilates class with her and I loved it. Such a strong classical Pilates approach fused with a standing series that had me shaking more than a sculpt class!! And her music is unmatched, best EDM/raver girl playlist vibes. visa alla recensionerCoach Giu absolutely ATE with this class 😮💨🔥 Lower body was HIGH intensity today and she had us WORKINGGG, but her energy makes you want to keep going even when your legs are literally shaking. What I really love is how attentive she is. She’s constantly walking around, checking our form, making adjustments, and making sure we’re actually doing the movements correctly instead of just trying to survive 😂 The perfect mix of encouraging you, challenging you, and giving you that little extra push when she knows you have more in you. My legs were officially humbled today, but I left feeling SO good and accomplished. 🍑🔥 10/10 energy, 10/10 burn, 10/10 coach.
