visa alla recensionerIt was a tough class! I loved it! We used a ballet bar and another small piece of equipment that had a foot bar that we had to squeeze toward the floor. I had never seen that before. The class gave me a really good workout of quads and hamstrings. 😊

When the class started and there was music, I was pleased to know the instructor wasn’t going to use a microphone and that I could hear him without difficulty.
