visa alla recensionerIf you have been to this place then you know the concept, you rotate between stations and follow the instructions on the screen. This location however had just one (really nice) person working the front desk AND trying to coach; other locations have at least dedicated people coaching on the floor so you get some assistance. Also the warm-up area is in the lobby in front of windows to the street so it’s not a super inviting place to warm up and nobody seemed to really do it. Bonus is this place has a smoothie/juice shop inside, and the locker rooms are great. Good place to get in and get a workout without time stress if you’re not a beginner and know what you’re doing, and need structure to push yourself.

When the class started and there was music, I was pleased to know the instructor wasn’t going to use a microphone and that I could hear him without difficulty. The sequence was intentional and the level of difficulty was suitable. Will was a fantastic instructor. I’ll be attending again.
