visa alla recensionerfirst time taking Olivia’s class and it didn’t disappoint - her vibe *chef’s kiss* and the intentionality behind each move and sequence was definitely felt. Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

Aylen classes always surprises me on how much input she create the clases with the sequence on each exercise from the first one to the last one, reaching out the workout program she has for the class, so you finish the class knowing exactly which part of the body you worked on; excellent!
