visa alla recensionerLoved the vibes but the floor was super wet everywhere which was a bit gross. Also parts of the room were too sunny with blinds open and really added to heat. Would still go back and definitely try other classes there and with this instructor too. Heat isn’t for the faint of heart though…

She sets the space beautifully, with everything you need ready to go in front of you when you enter, you just have to lay your mat and grab your therapy balls. It’s relaxing and my body feels so open afterward. Lucy also provides a lot of education about the body from the TCM perspective. 10/10
