visa alla recensionerI really love this studio but I think they really need to put marks down for how spaced out the mats need to be. Even if you get to the studio 5 minutes early you’re going to be forced to ask people to move to make room for your mat which is just not a great experience and is something that could be avoided.

visa alla recensionerIt was a great class! It was my first time at an F45 class and Ronnie was amazing and walked me through everything. New classes, especially something like F45 can feel very intimidating but Ronnie made me feel welcome right away. He walked everyone through all the exercises and was awesome at motivating, pushing us and giving tips along the way to correct form. It was a tough workout and super fun!
