Low light, exposed brick and wood, high quality props and a bathroom with great water pressure. Would recommend they add hair dryers onsite and maybe brand name shower products. Absolutely amazing spot overall! Can’t wait to come back

Her instruction was easy to follow, and she walked around and helped me figure out where I was supposed to feel the stretch. I also appreciated her offers to modify. I highly recommend this studio, and I look forward to trying out the other classes.

visa alla recensionerMarci was amazing. This class was perfect for me as a beginner. Marci came to assist in my posture and offered several alternatives for everyone depending on our needs. It was very relaxing but also challenging enough that I left with a lot of sweat. There were definitely some advanced poses for those that are seasoned Yogi’s so this class really is for everyone. It’s warm in the studio. They do provide mats, blocks, and a blanket for your knees if needed. Parking is a challenge so give yourself at least 15 min to look for some. Overall I would recommend!
