It was like 100 degrees outside and the space was pretty warm—so dress accordingly. I usually focus on strength or circuit training, but I love Class Pass because it allows you to try new things outside your usual routine. This was a great place to try something new and learn a new way to think about my body and balance. Will definitely be back.

He knows exactly how to push you while making sure your form is on point. The facilities here are also excellent, clean, and well-maintained. A huge bonus is that you get full access to the wet zone for an hour after your workout. Michael has such a calming presence and is genuinely a kind, good soul who immediately makes you feel comfortable and cared for.
