It’s very nice that they offer mats, blocks and towels unlike some other studios I have been to. Kim was a great instructor, she demonstrated each movement and I found the class the perfect mix of challenging and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back:)

Her ability to build a fun, butt-kicking hybrid of yoga flow and sculpt with weights? Perfect every time. You leave with a big calorie burn while feeling stronger than before. And she leaves time for proper cooldown which so many teachers don’t remember to do. Not to mention, Ina’s cold cloths with lavender and lemon infused in them that Aly places on your forehead while in shavasana is the chef’s kiss. I’ll be back again next week. I’m hooked.

Her structure is well thought out and you work every muscle and do the moves more than once. This class focuses heavy on HIIT/sculpt which is why I love it so much. Hands down my new go to instructor and sculpt class in the city. I’m hoping that they start to offer this class 2X daily. 🤞🏾🤞🏾

Jill explained different ways to do the poses that was comfortable for each individual. My plan is to go every week to Candlelight YIN. Great class to start your week off or a midweek energy boost.

Amazing teachers, bumping community, prime location right at the intersection of Logan Square and Avondale, and great sequences. The class I did today was a blend of the Breathe and Restore modalities. It was a great introduction to breathwork for me followed by a soothing sound bath. The only negative is sometimes the classes book out ahead of time, so make sure to save your spot early. Thankful I found this community. I will be back to try their yoga and strength training classes!

I also appreciated Lucy’s instructions regarding proper posture/alignment for poses. It was a really cool and unique class that I would definitely take again. Not as challenging as it sounds, beginner friendly. The space is a little tight outside of the class and the entrance to the building is a bit hard to find, but once they finish construction I’m sure those kinks will be remedied.
