I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

see all reviewsI loved Ella! She’s such a gem! This was my first time taking an interval class at studio 3 and she was a great intro! If you’ve taken orange theory, this is the same thing minus the heart rate monitor. Her playlist is fire, space is very clean and instructions were very clear! Even when I was confused she came and helped me out and the people around me too. After class we had a chat about nutrition and my fitness level on my 75 hard journey. Loved her!

I also felt the studio was hot, but not too hot, which is nice. Parking was pretty sparse and had to pay because a lot of surrounding streets are permit only so if you drive give yourself some time for that! Otherwise, would recommend!

You can always modify and slow the moves down / add more springs to make the class more challenging. The transition pace between moves is well regulated. I do wish the instructor added more advanced modifications for the class (ie, being on hands and toes). Otherwise, great place! Very clean and they have showers

The class itself was super fun. The format of the class is a little hard to follow because the instructor is talking most of the time yelling out instructions so if you’re a visual learner it will be hard to keep up. I understand the class might be too full to check everyone’s form, but since Im still fairly new to strength training I would appreciate some help on that. Overall the instructor Gina had a friendly attitude and gave us newbies a shoutout at the end of class. I would come here again but probably need to work on my own strength training in between to get the full benefit of the workout.

I’d probably take another class to further improve my form and feel more comfortable on the reformer. It’s a well-paced class that will make you sweat for sure.
