Hot Yin Yoga (R)
visa alla recensionerWhat a cute little yoga studio- love the vibe. I did a candle-lit yin yoga with Vanessa, and she was great. Her instruction was easy to follow, and she walked around and helped me figure out where I was supposed to feel the stretch. I also appreciated her offers to modify. I highly recommend this studio, and I look forward to trying out the other classes.
