visa alla recensionerthis is a large group class with pumpin music. maybe 30 ppl+? full on monday 6:30pm. i appreciated that there were many body types and skill levels at class. workout was a little too high energy for me personally, but it’s effective, fun, and a gorgeous space! (side note: im amazed the teacher went thru so much of the routine with the class! 🤯)
