visa alla recensionerInstructor had a very laidback style with lots of options for extra challenge, if you wanted it. Location has some nice amenities you don’t see everywhere. So beyond having mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters for student use, they also had weighted min-blankets , warm eye bags, several teas, honey, and scented oils. I didn’t get to see if there was a shower in the single restroom, which could be nice after a warmer yoga class option. I would also say that this instructor (and perhaps the location’s brand) wants tridents to bask in relaxation at the end of the class. The class is 75 minutes and my guess is at least 10 minutes of that was in shavasana or preparation for that with props. So a very luxurious and welcome ending to a class that can be as demanding as you might want it. I’ve been doing very intense yoga elsewhere this week, so this was an opportunity for me to back it off a notch. I will definitely be back after my CP free trial is over.

Even with the Thai area being under construction, i was extremely relaxed and totally zoned into my session with her. I was so grateful to find a business that offers thai massage and cold plunging.
