Cat was amazing- so helpful from getting my bike set up for me, walking me through her class style and was so encouraging the whole time! The Taylor Swift theme was a fantastic touch and would absolutely return for it!

visa alla recensionerLoved this class with Judi! Great playlist, fun vibe, I felt a tiny bit out of my element following the choreography (which was a mix of aerobics and dance) but overall had a great time. The weights and stretching at the end made it a really well rounded class.
