The instructor was upbeat and encouraging, the class was challenging (but modifiable!), and the owner was very welcoming and helpful. I also love that Penny the dog is still around <3 next time I’ll have to try one of the strength classes

Felt a little weak when walking like I’d done too many lunges and squats. I saw someone putting tools into a sanitizer, but mine didn’t come from a fresh pack. Overall, pretty much your typical salon.
