The studio itself is also stunning.. so aesthetic, clean, and beautifully designed, which made the whole experience even better. A huge thank you as well to Lexi and the team at check-in. I was visiting from NZ and ran into train disruptions getting from Times Square to Brooklyn, which put me about 15 minutes late. After two trains and an Uber, I finally made it and the girls were so kind and understanding, still letting me join the class. Easily my favourite hot mat Pilates studio in NYC. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town for work and will be recommending it to anyone visiting

visa alla recensionerThey definitely listened to the feedback from reviews, they gave me extra 5 minutes to ensure I had a full sessions with changing clothes etc. front desk was super nice! The speaker wasn't charged but that's truly no big deal, I played music from my phone and put it at the bottom of the sauna so it didn't get hot. Will be booking again for sure!

It was my first time doing this and I went from feeling nervous to feeling like a pro! The staff was so nice and made me feel like I was at home. I highly recommend checking this place out!

When I first arrived, she took time to explain the tools she would use for the myofascial massage and that she also incorporates the grasson technique and tools. I sit a desk job 8-10 hours a day and she worked magic. The tension in my neck and shoulders evaporated from my body. Carmen’s space is also super relaxing, and an oasis to really sink in your massage from the music, to her customer service - 20/10 I’m coming back and already looking forward to my next massage with her.

I felt ease, comfort, care, peace, and even joy bubbling up. It was a true reminder of what real self-care should feel like. I’ve tried so many things to feel more centered and reconnect with myself, but I can’t believe how this helped me hit the brakes and truly take a seat with myself. The relaxation pod experience was incredibly peaceful—OMG, what a vibe! 🧿🕯️🪬🌀 I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more. If you’re even a little curious, go for it.
