Deana was great; her instructions were clear and she gave good cues throughout to make sure everyone was on track. The studio is bigger than I expected and offers a wide variety of class types, plus an impressive open gym. I would definitely visit again.

visa alla recensionerI haven’t done yoga in a hot minute, let alone hot. I was not sure what to expect because it was my first time at this studio. Maybe it’s just me or the fact I’m a tiny bit inexperienced, but some of the flows were quite fast. I think if you’ve taken some yoga classes and have kind of an understanding of what the poses are, you will be just fine. Definitely bring your own mat (it costs $3 to rent) and ice cold water. The cold lavender towel was just lovely to finish the class. So relaxing! I’ll be back.

visa alla recensionerA GREAT CLASS. My legs were shaking at some point and thighs burning! I got a great workout in. Kelly is a great instructor in terms of energy and kindness. She was willing to stick back and answer questions about proper lift form as well. The class may be intense for those new to lifting and the pace quite fast, but even though it was my first time there, I felt accommodated as Kelly offered form variations, there was no judgement in taking a small break or moving down a weight, and I found comfort in the fact that the class was very diverse in age and ability! The energy of the class was unlike one I've seen before: everyone was trying their hardest to push their limits.

I would recommend including a guided stretching session towards the end of workout for muscle recovery. But they let you stay on for a lil longer to run on treadmill or to stretch. Recommended!!
