    My first class back at MYSTRYDE in a long time and it was the best morning. Micaela ran an excellent class, I left feeling like I could run through a brick wall. MYSTRYDE is bar none my favorite workout and small business in Boston.     Pros: Anna did a good job leading the training and the exercises are interesting and varied. Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.
