visa alla recensionerAMAZING! This was such a cool gym. The inside has everything a regular strength training gym would have (possibly some specialty pieces of equipment). Then they have a big outside turf area with lanes, strength training machines, cardio machines and free weights. They held the class even though I was the only one who signed up, INCREDIBLE! And my trainer was Hunter. I felt like he got to know me and pushed me in a way I felt comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and I plan to go back.

I was passing through the area for work and was able to squeeze her class in between two work events — it was exactly what I needed to revive me to continue on in my hectic week of work travel! If I lived in the area, I’d definitely be a regular here.

Highly recommend taking this if you’re trying to get rid of any negative energy or fear that is built up this gives me more mobility and I definitely would go back

I would recommend practicing or looking up poses if you’ve never done yoga before. Regardless you will find your flow. Kasey was awesome. Her voice was perfect and soothing. Her words resonated with me on this day. Can’t wait to take another class!!

The spin class however felt like it was recently added on or they just ran out of money for the program. It was in this small back room that wasn’t finished and felt completely different than a class at a traditional spin facility.
