visa alla recensionerClass was good and challenging. Definitely a different style and pace from other yoga classes I’ve taken. It didn’t feel as hot as I expected but still had a good sweat. A great way to decompress after a long shift from the hospital. I’m glad I was able to keep up with other baddies in the class.

visa alla recensionerWhat a great class! Shona was a great guide through this practice and the practice itself was very beneficial and relaxing! One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Will def be coming back for more sessions!

visa alla recensionerLove mobility classes. Wish Lisa had more sessions each week. These are great compliment to my work out routine, specially now. I notice how mobility helps with all the other things I do. Lisa is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher that can read a room like no one else so the class flows really well and you have all sorts of modifications you can do so it easy to feel like you are fitting in and getting something out of it. Highly recommend.

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body. Ann created such a peaceful atmosphere and guided everything beautifully. Highly recommend her class! 🧘♀️✨
