Reiki, Meditation and Soundbath
visa alla recensionerThis class is the perfect reset after a long work week. I particularly enjoy Carolyn's class because she does hands off Reiki, meaning she makes no physical contact with your body. I've had hands on Reiki at other studios, and it's so nice to find a studio that offers the hands off approach as well. Carolyn is also lovely and has such a sweet, welcoming, positive energy. 💕Her playlists are always amazing and really allow you to float off into meditation. 🎵To top it all off, her sound bath is on point! Highly recommend, definitely a class to add to your schedule!

visa alla recensionerI absolutely loved my 75-minute yoga class with Ann today! She was amazing-so gentle, calming, and exactly what I needed. The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body. Ann created such a peaceful atmosphere and guided everything beautifully. Highly recommend her class! 🧘♀️✨

visa alla recensionerReal lovely experience. I felt euphoric after the class finished and will carry this energy for the rest of today. The studio itself was beautiful. Sean is wise and grounded like a tree. I will be back. Thank you again 🙏🏼
