I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. I was so moved by his class that I will certainly return to Gro Yoga for his class. Thank you Justin for your technique, adjustment, sun salutations and true authenticity of the practice of yoga. visa alla recensionerThe class I took was an all levels flow and I truly enjoyed Samantha’s sequencing. I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.

When needed the instructor came around and made adjustments. There is a warm up and cool down. Highly recommend and I will be going back. Definitely recommend a strength day class first to get acquainted with the gym first. Everyone was very very welcoming from the owner to instructor to participants. Thank you for an amazing workout.

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body.
