During the end of class she said a quote that resonated with me: “the version of you that started on the mat an hour ago is a different person than the you now. The light massage was perfect and she was so gentle during cleansing, dermabrasion and moisturizing. She was also very helpful at adjusting the facial to meet my needs due to pregnancy. My skin looks sooo refreshed and glowing thanks to her!

I had requested a swedish massage but she noticed how tense I was and asked if I wanted a more deep tissue massage since the swedish massage wouldn't do much for me. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and I felt so relaxed. Definitely would go back again!
