It wasn’t too warm in class and the addition of the sound bowls at the end really tied the whole experience together :) This class was slightly challenging but I left feeling very relaxed and energized!

visa alla recensionerWhat a great experience! Armando was very welcoming and the folks who come regularly were kind and helpful. It was truly an all-levels class, and as someone who's done yoga before but is new to wall yoga, I really enjoyed the class! It felt great to be upside down. We went through a good amount of poses and got good stretch and core work just like in a regular yoga class, but the antigravity element makes it unique. Can't wait to come back!
