visa alla recensionerfirst time here and i love the studio! there’s a shower in the back which i greatly appreciate and multiple solo bathrooms. i did the yoga sculpt with Ana. one thing is they only have 2, 3, and 8 lb weights. i saw one 5lb weight but wish there were more! hopefully will be back again for another class!

visa alla recensionerThe frontpoint class was so incredibly fun! The attendees are so encouraging and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t quite master the moves. There were fun steps to music (not too much choreo), awesome spinning, and a great ab workout. I definitely plan on coming back soon!

The girls in the class were also very welcoming and made it much less intimidating for my first time and just all about having fun. This was totally out of my comfort zone but so glad i tried it . I can’t wait for my next one!
