It was a fast paced and challenging workout, but Todd did an excellent job calling out modifications so everyone could choose what’s right for them. There were a lot of people in the class, but the mats were laid out with enough space to flow through the exercises comfortably. They had a special setup with the equipment laid out for me since it was my first time - appreciate the thoughtfulness of this and it made me feel very welcomed to the studio :) The studio space is large, clean, and well equipped. Music was upbeat and engaging - I could still easily hear Todd’s instruction through the mic. You can really tell Todd is passionate about teaching and this studio seems to run like a well oiled machine! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back for another class

Every detail was so well thought out - from the journal prompts to the cards we pulled to the eye masks + ear plugs to the food they supplied after to help us ground. visa alla recensionerThis is a really special class. I wasn't sure if it would be for me, since I have never been formally diagnosed with ADHD (but I do display some symptoms.) I found it very soothing and many of the techniques are easy to do at home. It's also clear that Anna cares very much about the class. If you have any doubts just give it a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also, would recommend trying sooner rather than later. I don't think this class is going anywhere but Flowmagin tends to shuffle its schedule a lot.

They also have a great coffee shop inside that is delicious and they welcome you to just hang out even if you’re not taking a class. The class itself was the perfect balance of challenging and restful. The cold lavender towel at the end was chef’s kiss. This will be a regular spot for me from now on :)

I have had ongoing medical issues and recently had something very exciting happen but because it felt too good to be true, I have not been able to enjoy it. Cue me searching for someone on Class Pass to help me with this. I truly feel like Ashley was sent to me through something higher than us. She was friendly and amazing. After our session I immediately felt lighter. As the day went on and even to the next day I continued to heal. I started to feel like I couldn't get back into my head in the best way possible and any worries I had I was able to quell with sheer logic, which I was not able to do previously. The best part is this service was done VIRTUALLY! I cannot imagine what my healing would feel like in person. I will absolutely be recommending her to everyone in my life from now on.
