visa alla recensionerI had a wonderful experience at this studio. The front desk staff and the instructor were very calm, peaceful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the class; it was unlike any yoga class I’ve attended before. I loved that the mats were set out in advance, and this was my first time using a bolster, which was incredibly comfortable and helpful. The entire space was very clean and well managed. I’ll definitely be returning for more classes, and I’m also excited to try the float pod!

visa alla recensionerI’m giving this class 5 stars because the class was as described and Jewels was very nice, welcoming, and positive. This is a veryyy slow class, each pose was held for about 10 minutes. The class was very focused on your breathing techniques and mindfulness. I appreciate the way Jewels walked us through everything and she didn’t just leave us there to fall asleep. Being in the salt room was definitely the best part of it all. I don’t think this type of class is for everyone but I do recommend everyone to experience the salt room at least once

Even with the Thai area being under construction, i was extremely relaxed and totally zoned into my session with her. I was so grateful to find a business that offers thai massage and cold plunging. I loved the hot towel offered to clean my feet before session and i loved the sound therapy at the end of session. Def come check out this business and try out their thai massage offerings!!! It is the best!

Melinda was great at answering my skin questions, and I also had the pleasure of Henry the cat being there through my appointment, where he slept by my legs the whole time (which I loved, but I was told he is not at the studio regularly).
