visa alla recensionerFor me, it was a super challenging class, but I guess if you visit this class more often, you get used to it fast. I liked the trainer’s energy and music! The room was without windows, so not that good-looking; I liked EQUAL Noord more :)

visa alla recensionerThe class itself is a good workout for your core, but the instructor is extremely flexible and expects everyone else to be too. Because most students aren't at that level, several exercises were very difficult to perform correctly. It would be much better if the instructor offered options for different flexibility levels.

visa alla recensionerProperly wrecked in this class. My body is still shaking 1 hour later. I like this class and instructor because it really challenges me but does not kill me with cardio. When I am killed with cardio I lose all of my focus on my form and then I lose the benefits. There are enough moments in between movements to catch my breath and still feel dead at the end.
