It would be nice if his voice could be a bit lower and softer as sometimes when you’re in a relaxed state it can wake you up or feel too loud for the state of mind you’re in, especially during shavasana, but otherwise an excellent class with great yin poses. 🙏🏽

Was helaas wel iets te veel mensen tijdens de les dus je ligt dan toch wel behoorlijk op elkaar met hier en daar per ongeluk een aanraking. Wellicht het aantal beperken? Verder echt een heerlijke les en ik zal zeker terug komen, op een rustiger tijdstip!

visa alla recensionerOlga was an amazing instructor. The class flowed at a good speed, I had to focus but it was manageable to follow as a beginner. Small space, feels more homey than the big studios you see often. I definitely recommend coming and at least trying the vinyasa flow!
