visa alla recensionerThis is the best gym I’ve been to in Amsterdam so far. It’s super spacious, has loads of equipment, and even has a screen that counts your reps for you. The staff are incredibly friendly, and even the people working out were really nice. It’s got a proper local vibe, and it felt so cosy—I absolutely loved it.

visa alla recensionerWhat I liked about Tommie‘s class is that he gets everyone to really relax and ground before getting into the poses. Enjoyed his corrections too. I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.

visa alla recensionerPowerful class, and it felt like a complete set even within the 60 min (and I’m usually in favor of 90 min classes). Very nice space and atmosphere, proper yoga space. The only small point I’d like to raise is that it was very warm inside the room.

visa alla recensionerI loved the class and loved how chill Vera was allowing everyone to do things at their pace. Not sure if possible thought but dimmer lights for this class would be nicer. The only thing is I wanted to write a little suggestion to the owners of the studio. I have been there now a few times and what I am really missing is bit of cosiness to the place. Water and tea station is available at most studios in Amsterdam so this should really be added. Maybe some plants and candles (reusable is fine, it is just for the atmosphere). Thank you!

Intense format: 48 minutes straight with very little rest. 4 times 12 minutes, starting with 5 min interval cardio (rowing, cycling, sprinting) followed by 7 minutes weighted work. Eduard is a great trainer , very enthousiastic and really coaching and pushing. Mostly women attending.

Ik vind de les laagdrempelig en voor een ieder toegankelijk. All is good! Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben zolang je er maar open voor staat.

Mila is an incredible teacher who intuitively creates a safe, supportive space for surrender and self-connection. After class, I felt grounded and lighthearted once again.
