If you’re a beginner, she makes everything so easy to follow and explains every little detail so clearly. Her positive energy and music choices are such a bonus too!!! Definitely recommend 💖

visa alla recensionerLoved this class! I was hesitating it may be too intense for me or too much cardio but it was just perfect. The routine is intense and keeps moving but I can keep pace. Lots of sweating. I am a beginner also it was great for my skills.
