visa alla recensionerThe studio was amazing - super clean and has everything you need in the changing room for you to get ready. I really liked the instructor, she was sweet and knowledgeable. I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

visa alla recensionerFor me, it was a super challenging class, but I guess if you visit this class more often, you get used to it fast. I liked the trainer’s energy and music! The room was without windows, so not that good-looking; I liked EQUAL Noord more :)

But Would be great if there were more weights for everyone, i was the 7 or 8 person to join & there were already no 1 or 1.5 KG weights left (so had to use 2) and some folks didn’t have balls to use for the workout (when it was ball heavy & the class wasn’t full)!

visa alla recensionerI loved this class! Both challenging and meditative, Cecilia guided us in a beautiful flow through some advanced movements and balancing postures. It felt great to try new things in a safe, non judgmental environment. My body and mind came out of this class completely refreshed !
