I recommend this class to everyone because it offers a lot of relief (especially after a long week or day).

visa alla recensionerI love having Jenna as an instructor! She’s so down to earth, knowledgable, motivational, and willing to help if I have questions about specific moves and/or my form. Her reformer flow class delivers a full body workout while incorporating encouragement and before I know it, the class is over. It always feels like it goes by so quickly, whereas many other workout routines seem to last forever. I can’t recommend Jenna enough, so please schedule a class to see for yourself! 🥰
