I almost fell asleep in the class because of how relaxing it was when she guided us through yoga nidra. I learned something new every time I attended her class. Highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerMegan is such a great coach. The class was a great mix of power, balance, strength, and flexibility. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Except I would prefer the class to only be one hour. It’s exhausting to do an hour and 15 minutes, and Yoga is not a class you can get up and leave when you want.

I have taken several classes from Yulia at other places, and I was so glad to see her name on Classpass! Her class consists of a brief, yet great message, cardio & strength warm up, flexibility, and relaxation (her voice smooths you); it has everything I need. I haven't found any other instructor in Atlanta like her. Highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerFreya is one of my favorite instructors. This was definitely a power yoga class. Challenging, but she always encouraged us to adjust to our comfort level. I loved that she watches the students and the cool washcloths were very appreciated when I needed to take a break to cool down.
