We have 14 foot ceilings and have upgraded our HVAC system to include the HALO UV rings.
Extra hygienrutiner
We disinfect everything used and all areas between use.

Classes have different caps because our studios are range in size.
Policies för utrustning
Everyone must purchase or bring their own. We offer boxing hand wraps, boxing gloves and shinguards in the pro shop. All boxing, kickboxing and muay thai classes require boxing wraps and gloves. We do no allow street shoes on our training floors. Please bring a clean indoor shoe.
