A teeny bit rough, but it was needed because my cuticles were so horrible and I had a slight ingrown nail which she asked if I wanted taken out, which I said yes. My toes look and feel gorgeous now. I had old gel on before which they charged $5 for removal, which was a good price to me. All of the tools they used came out of sealed packages as new, so they were very clean and sanitary. Definitely will be back.

Although I originally booked powder nail, I switched to gel X and they just charged me for the difference. My nail tech was Mina. She was very efficient, and did a great job of shaping my nails. She also patiently took note of each color I was considering, and let me see what each color looked like on the nail. Sometimes nail techs can be impatient if you don't know exactly what you want right away, and a I appreciated Mina's calm and patient demeanor. Would love to come back next time!

They seem to be really swamped during the post-work hours on weekdays which my nail tech confirmed, so I'd recommend coming a different time than that. I called them to confirm that there weren't any extra charges due to a review that was left and I can confirm the service was fully paid by the class pass credits and I left a tip that's separate. my massage was given by Regine who was very thorough and towards the second half, almost put me to sleep lol! The location is so peaceful and you can't tell from the outside but it's a pretty big space once you walk into the inside portion which has a beautiful waterfall decor along with trees in low lighting that make you want to stay there all day. There is a changing room, a shower area, and a Sauna! There's a separate area for men too (I only saw the woman's section). Will definitely be going back!
