This was actually my first time training there after recently moving to the area, and I honestly think YOU is the perfect place to start your fitness journey or continue your training routine. The people were very friendly and welcoming, which made the environment feel comfortable right away. The coach was also very helpful, attentive, and explained every exercise clearly and in detail, so I felt supported throughout the whole session. The atmosphere was motivating without feeling intimidating, and the training itself was challenging in a good way. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

visa alla recensionersuper fun! it was my first time in rocycle + really beginner, last time I took a similar class was more than 8 years ago. Some exercises were already advance for me, but Daniel gave reassurance that its ok to do modified versions so I didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable, in fact, I was able to really challenge myself while making sure that it is safe for me (its easy to lose control if I had just followed as a beginner), and in the middle to end, I find myself able to keep up with others. Love the themed music track too! Will definitely book again!

And if it weren’t for Martijns invigorating energy and amazing vibes, I would have been sad! Highly recommend taking his class! And studio staff was lovely as well. The class room is great too, enough space between bikes to do all the choreo without being in eachothers hair. Thanks!

visa alla recensionerGreat class! Yosra is a fantastic instructor. She creates such a welcoming and motivating atmosphere from the moment the class starts, and her energy is contagious. She pays close attention to everyone in the room and takes the time to correct form when needed, which makes you feel supported and helps you get the most out of the workout. I also appreciated how encouraging and approachable she was throughout the class. The studio itself was at a comfortable temperature, which made the experience even better. One of my favorite classes so far. I’ll definitely be back! :)

It was my first time today and I appreciate when Yacine, the instructor, checked who had (previous) injuries or who are recovering from injuries before starting the session. This was my ultimate worry for not joining a class sooner because I was scared I might hurt myself or worsen my knee if the routines are advanced for my level. The studio was also clean and they provide mats and water.
