She really made everyone feel included and motivated I laughed and heard people laughing throughout their workout. It was so much fun and challenging in the best way. Definitely coming back!

This specific class there wasn’t much of a warm-up and we got into some more difficult poses and lifts pretty quickly, but it was still a fun yoga class, just not necessarily the introspective and quiet class that you might expect from a typical yoga flow. Great way to chill out on a friday night!
